Platform-Specific Terms

Plinko Tycoon is distributed through several platforms. The full Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and EULA apply to every version. The platform-specific terms below add to (or, where law requires, override) those documents for the noted platform.
Apple App Store (iOS / iPadOS / macOS)
If you obtained Plinko Tycoon through the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Licensed Application End User License Agreement embedded in our EULA §5. In addition:
- Payments. All real-money purchases on iOS are processed through Apple's StoreKit / In-App Purchase. We do not offer external payment links for digital content on iOS.
- Refunds. Apple controls App Store refunds. Request them at reportaproblem.apple.com. See our Refund Policy.
- Account deletion. Per Apple guideline §5.1.1(v), Plinko Tycoon offers an in-app option to permanently delete your account. See Account & Data Deletion.
- App Tracking Transparency. If a future release introduces tracking that requires the IDFA, the iOS build will present Apple's ATT prompt and respect your choice. Today, Plinko Tycoon does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
- Loot box odds. Pet pulls, sticker packs, and other randomized purchasable content publish their odds in-game and on our Random Item Odds page, per guideline §3.2.2(i).
Google Play (Android)
If you obtained Plinko Tycoon through Google Play, you also agree to Google Play Terms of Service. In addition:
- Payments. Real-money purchases on Android are processed through Google Play Billing. Refund requests within 48 hours go through Google Play; later requests should be sent to us at supportplinkotycoon@gmail.com.
- Account deletion. Per Google Play's 2024 user-data deletion policy, Plinko Tycoon offers an in-app option to permanently delete your account, and accepts deletion requests via a public web URL: Account & Data Deletion.
- Data Safety. The data categories Plinko Tycoon collects, shares, and protects are disclosed in our Privacy Policy and reflected in the Play Console Data Safety form.
- Loot box odds. Per Google Play's gambling-like content policy, all randomized purchasable items have their odds published in-game and on our Random Item Odds page.
- Permissions. Plinko Tycoon requests only the permissions strictly required to operate. No background location, contacts, SMS, or camera/microphone access.
Steam (Valve)
If you obtained Plinko Tycoon through Steam, you also agree to the Steam Subscriber Agreement. In addition:
- Refunds. Steam's standard refund window is up to 14 days from purchase, provided you have played less than 2 hours, per Valve's policy. Use Steam Support to request a refund. See our Refund Policy for non-Steam purchase channels.
- Online services. Plinko Tycoon provides online features including account login, cloud-saved progress, friends, chat, tournaments, and leaderboards. These features depend on our hosted servers and may change or end with notice in-game. If we permanently end the online service, the game will be marked accordingly on its Steam store page.
- Microtransactions. Plinko Tycoon includes optional in-game purchases (currencies, bundles, cosmetic / Virtual Items). All purchases are final at the moment of grant unless required otherwise by law. See our Refund Policy.
- Cloud saves. Cloud save is implemented via our own servers, not Steam Cloud, so your progress is portable across any platform you sign into with the same account.
- EU cooling-off period. EU consumers who purchase the Steam version retain their statutory withdrawal rights, where applicable, until performance has begun. By starting to play after purchase you expressly consent to performance and acknowledge that you lose the statutory withdrawal right once it has begun.
Discord (Activities / Apps)
If you access Plinko Tycoon through Discord Activities or any Discord-integrated app surface, you also agree to Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In addition:
- Discord-provided identity. When you launch the Discord version, Discord shares limited profile information (your Discord user ID, username, and avatar) so we can create or look up your Plinko Tycoon account. We do not request access to your Discord email, friends, guilds, or messages.
- Payments. If Discord supports in-app purchases for the activity, those purchases are processed through Discord's payment system and are subject to Discord's policies. Refunds for Discord-processed purchases are handled by Discord.
- Content moderation. Plinko Tycoon enforces its Community Guidelines inside the Discord context. Discord may also enforce its own rules independently.
- Data minimization. We collect only the gameplay state and identity data necessary to operate the activity and do not share your Discord identity with third parties for advertising.
EU Trader Information (Digital Services Act)
For users in the European Union, the following trader information is provided per the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). Last verified: 2026-05-10.
Age ratings
The Service is intended for players aged 13 and older (16 in the EEA). Specific age-rating labels (ESRB, PEGI, USK, IARC) appear on each platform's store page. The presence of randomized purchasable content (see odds) is part of those ratings.
