Refund & In-App Purchase Policy

Purchases that grant Virtual Items become final at the moment we grant the items, except where required otherwise by law. Read this policy carefully before purchasing.
What you're buying
In-app purchases buy a license to use Virtual Items (gems, packs, bundles, cosmetics, etc.) inside Plinko Tycoon. Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are licensed to you — not sold. See Terms of Service §5.
Refunds
Once Virtual Items have been delivered to your account, all sales are final unless one of the following applies:
- Mandatory statutory right of withdrawal — In jurisdictions whose law gives you a statutory right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase (e.g., the EU's 14-day right under the Consumer Rights Directive), you may exercise that right only until performance has begun. By choosing to purchase and receive Virtual Items immediately, you expressly consent to performance and acknowledge that you lose the statutory withdrawal right once the items are delivered. Where local law makes this waiver impossible, we will honor the law.
- Faulty delivery — If your purchase did not deliver the advertised items due to a bug on our side, contact us and we will re-grant or refund.
- Unauthorized purchase by a minor — If a child made a purchase from your device without your authorization, contact us promptly with proof and we will work with you to resolve it.
Where to request a refund
Refund eligibility for purchases depends on where you made the purchase:
- Apple App Store — Contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple controls App Store refunds.
- Google Play — Within 48 hours of purchase, request a refund from the Google Play Store. After 48 hours, contact us.
- Steam — Use Steam Support. Valve's standard policy refunds purchases within 14 days of purchase provided you've played less than 2 hours; longer windows may be available at Valve's discretion. For non-game in-app purchases on the Steam build, contact us.
- Discord — If a purchase was processed by Discord (e.g., for an Activity), refund requests are handled by Discord under their policies.
- Web payment processor (Stripe / Paddle / etc.) — Contact us at supportplinkotycoon@gmail.com with your order ID and we will review.
Promotions and limited-time offers
Promotional offers, bundles, and time-limited content may have additional terms disclosed at the time of the offer. We may end, extend, or modify promotions at any time.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a delivered purchase may result in suspension or permanent ban of the affected account, since the chargeback effectively reverses a license you have already used. Please contact us first — we'll try to resolve things directly.
