We retain a minimal set of records where retention is required by law, necessary to prevent fraud, or required to defend legal claims:
You have two equivalent ways to delete your account, satisfying Apple App Store guideline §5.1.1(v) and Google Play's 2024 user-data deletion policy (which requires both an in-app option and a publicly-accessible web URL):
Option 1 — In-app. Open the app, go to Settings → MANAGE ACCOUNT → DELETE ACCOUNT. You will see a confirmation dialog listing what will be deleted; tap "PERMANENTLY DELETE" to confirm. Deletion is irreversible.
Option 2 — Email (web URL). Send a deletion request to supportplinkotycoon@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:
We process deletion requests within 30 days of receipt and verification. We may contact you using the email associated with your account or your support ticket to verify the request and prevent unauthorized deletions.
Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore the account, friends, items, currencies, or progress once deletion is complete. Active subscriptions or pending purchases should be canceled with the platform store (Apple/Google) before deletion — we cannot process refunds for platform-store charges after deletion.
