Community Guidelines

Plinko Tycoon is meant to be a fun, fair, welcoming place for everyone. These guidelines describe what we expect, and what we don't allow.
Be respectful
- No harassment, threats, stalking, or bullying — including in private chat;
- No hate speech, slurs, or targeting people for who they are (race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, etc.);
- No doxxing, impersonation, or sharing private information about others;
- No sexual content involving real people, and absolutely no content sexualizing minors.
Play fair
- No cheating, exploiting, scripting, botting, or modifying the game;
- No account sharing, account selling, or buying/selling in-game items for real currency outside our official store;
- No collusion to manipulate tournaments or leaderboards;
- No fraud, including stolen-card purchases or fraudulent chargebacks.
Don't disrupt
- No spam in chat, including links to off-game services;
- No attempting to overload, crash, or compromise our infrastructure;
- No advertising other products or recruiting for other communities through the Service.
Reporting
You can report another player from the SOCIAL → friend "···" menu, or by emailing supportplinkotycoon@gmail.com with the offending player's username and what happened (screenshots help).
Enforcement
Depending on the severity and history, we may:
- Warn the user;
- Mute the user from chat;
- Reset ill-gotten in-game economy;
- Temporarily suspend the account;
- Permanently ban the account.
We try to be fair, but our decisions are final. If you think you were sanctioned in error, email us — please include your username and what you think happened.
