Last updated: 2026-05-10
We respect intellectual-property rights and expect users of Plinko Tycoon to do the same. We will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright or trademark infringement that comply with applicable law, including the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512.
Reporting infringement
To submit an infringement notice, email supportplinkotycoon@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice" and include the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient information to allow us to locate it (e.g., username, screenshot, URL, in-game location);
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the right that is allegedly infringed;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If you believe content you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address with the subject "DMCA Counter-Notice", including:
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., for any judicial district where Plinko Tycoon may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the complainant;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual-property rights of others.
